How to Book an Appointment:
1. Log in with your email address and pre-assigned password.
2. Click on your preferred day. Find an available appointment (the box will be green and without diagonal lines).
3. Click on the available time slot on the lower left hand side of your screen.
4. The following page will show you the available day and time that you chose. Click on “Create new Appointment.”
5. Your name will automatically be filled in. Choose from the drop down list for type of treatment preferred. Click on “Create Appointment” (important last step).
6. You’ve successfully booked the appointment and will receive a confirmation in your email box.
How to Cancel or Change Your Appointment:
1. Log in.
2. Click on “Your Appointments,” the brown box with blue type below month view of the calendar.
3. The next page will list your currently scheduled appointments. Click on the “Magnifying Glass” icon next to the date and time of the appointment you want to change.
4. The next page will confirm your chosen appointment by listing the date, your name, etc. Click on the “Pencil and Paper” icon to the far right of your name.
5. Click on “Delete Appointment.” You will receive a confirmation email for this change.
6. To book a new appointment time, click on “Back” to return to the month view calendar.
How to Wait List for an Appointment:
If you’d like to put yourself on the wait list for any upcoming appts, please feel free to do so. Simply make an appointment for any day and time that you prefer, even if you see it’s already booked. You’ll receive a confirmation email saying that you are wait listed for that appointment and in case anyone cancels, you’ll slide right in and be notified automatically.
As a courtesy to our schedule and other patients, full treatment fee applies if cancellation notice is less than 24 hours in advance.
